Terms & Conditions
1. No responsibility can be accepted by the company for the loss or damage of any personal property, and no conditions or warranty other than specifically set out herein, shall be implied or deemed to be part of this agreement.
2. Although every possible effort will be made by the company to supply the vehicle with the specifications as stated, and agreed at the time of booking, in the event of an unforeseen occurrence including a mechanical failure, the company will endeavour to supply a suitable replacement, but shall not be held liable, or deemed to be, or to give any form of guarantee that the vehicle will have the identical specifications as set out in the hiring agreement. If no alternative vehicle is available, or if the company shall decline to provide an alternative vehicle, then the hirer shall be repaid the hire charge and deposit ( if applicable), but shall have no other claim of any kind against the owner.
3. The company accept no responsibility nor liability for any consequential loss or damage due to or arising from any breakdown or undue delay caused by a traffic accident, or bad weather, or any such similar matter beyond there control.
4. The company will hire, and the hirer thereby agree, that the vehicle is hired with the full knowledge of the cost and agreement to pay such costs which shall be paid at least 3 weeks prior to the vehicle being required.
5. The hirer will pay for any damage howsoever caused to the vehicle by the hirer(s) themselves or by a member of their party as a result directly or indirectly by their acts, negligence or omission.
6. The hirer agrees to pay any additional charges incurred although they were not foreseen or known about at the time of booking. These include, a period in excess of the time limit, or any additional mileage incurred.
7. The hirer accepts that the price quoted can only be guaranteed at that rate for three weeks from the date of the booking ( except for VAT or other statutory obligations). Thereafter, the company reserves the right to increase charges which may have become necessary.
8. The hirer agrees that if the hirer cancels the hire of the vehicle for any reason whatsoever within the 3 week period from which the vehicle is required then the hirer is required to pay the full sum due, or forfeit such sum if already paid.
9. The deposit secures the booking date for the hirer, and as such, is not refundable.
